Founder · Cloud & Automation Engineer · Klugify
I'm the founder of Klugify and a cloud and automation engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience building systems that actually run in production.
My background is in AI-powered workflow engineering, cloud infrastructure on AWS, security automation, and DevOps — work I've done at technology companies where the stakes were real and the systems had to hold. I've built pipelines that cut detection windows from hours to minutes, automation that eliminated significant manual overhead, and AI workflows that non-technical teams use every day without needing to understand what's under the hood.
I started Klugify because I kept seeing the same two problems at opposite ends of the market. Local businesses with real operational pain and no access to the expertise to solve it. Tech teams with serious infrastructure debt and no time to address it properly. Both groups end up either doing nothing or paying an agency that hands the work to someone who wasn't in the room when the problem was described.
Klugify exists for both — with different services, different language, and different deliverables, but the same standard of work and the same person accountable for the outcome.
Every engagement is handled directly by me. Not a project manager. Not a subcontractor. You'll talk to the same person who scoped the work, built the system, and will answer the phone if something breaks.
Background
University of Texas at Dallas — GPA 3.67. Focus on enterprise systems, cloud architecture, and IT strategy.
Foundational AWS certification. Primary cloud platform: AWS — EC2, ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS, EventBridge, Bedrock, Control Tower, Secrets Manager, and more.
Built production LLM integrations using AWS Bedrock, MCP servers on ECS Fargate, natural language interfaces over internal systems, and event-driven AI classification pipelines.
Terraform-coded AWS environments, Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, AWS Control Tower Landing Zone automation, and cloud cost optimization across enterprise environments.
Bedrock-powered drift detection pipelines, serverless CloudTrail monitoring across multi-account Control Tower orgs, and IAM posture reviews with automated remediation.
Serving local businesses in the Charlotte metro area — available for in-person meetings when it helps. Tech team engagements are fully remote, serving clients across the US.
Why This Exists
The HVAC contractor missing calls while on a job site and the CTO dealing with infrastructure debt both have the same problem: they know something needs to be fixed, they don't have the time or access to fix it properly, and every option they've tried either didn't deliver or created a new dependency they didn't want.
Most agencies solve neither well. They're too big to care about a local business's voicemail problem, and too generalist to be credible to an engineering lead who wants to see real production work, not a slide deck.
Klugify is built around the opposite model. One person who does the work, scopes it honestly, prices it clearly, and hands it over in a state you can own and maintain. The local business track and the tech team track look very different from the outside — different language, different deliverables, different problems — but they're built on the same principle: the work should actually solve the problem, and the person accountable for that should be the person who built it.
